I recently placed an order and had some questions regarding the size of a prong collar. Jason was wonderful. He provided honest, quick feedback and suggestions and made my decision quite easy. When I then wanted to add more products to my already completed order, he refunded the extra shipping charges immediately. I received my products sooner than expected and they are all top quality.
