I recently ordered a harness for my CWD. Unfortunately, I submitted the wrong address during my initial purchase. "ALL K-9" tracked my shipment back to their location, notified me daily of its status, personally called me to verify the correct address, and re-shipped it. Not to mention I received my product within two weeks even with the wrong address and holiday season.
This type of dedication and personal attention on a product that cost less than $60.00 is why I will highly recommend this company to any and all K-9 handlers.
