We do not currently have a mail order catalog. However, we do have a feature that allows you to print your own catalog from our website.

If you have a question about any item we offer (size, color, fit, purpose, modifications, etc), please email us. All support is provided via email (questions, return requests, shipment information, etc). Your 100% satisfaction is our only concern and we can assure you that we will take care of your email inquiry very quickly and to your complete satisfaction.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express online. However if you are not comfortable ordering via our secure online shopping cart, you may mail your payment to us. Use the shopping cart as normal until you're ready to checkout of the store. Then, just print the shopping cart contents and be sure to include your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail so that we may contact you if we have a question about your order. Make your check payable to All K-9.com and mail it to: All K-9.com, 1506 W. Browning Ave. Fresno, CA 93711. Your order will be processed and sent as soon as your check clears.
We do accept purchase orders from State and Federal Agencies. And we may extend Net 30 payment terms to certain organizations. For purchase orders, please use the online store as normal and select purchase order as your payment option and type in your purchase order number. You must also fax a hard copy of the purchase order to us at (559) 435-4940.
We charge shipping based on the total dollar amount of your order and ship orders as quickly as possible (usually within two business days). We do ship worldwide however our shipping rates are based on the continental U.S. and Canada. If you are placing an order that requires delivery to a foreign country, we will contact you via email with the correct shipping charges for confirmation before processing the order.
If you have any special shipping instructions, please include them in the "special instructions" or send us an email. We ship using USPSâ€š Priority mail, FedEx, UPS and/or Canada Post for some Canadian orders. The actual service used is dependent on the best possible price for convenient shipping service to your shipping address. And depending upon the situation, we may also ship items directly from the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT We want you to receive your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We deliver items directly to the respective shipping company (United States Postal Service, FedEx, etc.) as quickly as possible. However, once we drop an order off for shipping, we address all inquiries regarding shipping to the service responsible for delivery. Shipping companies offer "standard delivery times" on their web sites, but do not always make these deadlines. If you are concerned about the time it is taking to receive your order, please contact us for shipping tracking information.
As much as we would love to donate to every dog related event out there, we simply can't do it. Requests will answered as quickly as possible, but we do have to limit our donations.
