Wrong size? Not what you expected? No problem. All K-9 Redline products have a Full 30 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you receive an item and it's the wrong size, or it just isn't what you expected, do not use the item and you may return it for a full refund. *Does not apply to custom/special orders, expedited or international shipping costs. Please email us immediately upon receiving the item, so we can address the issue in a timely manner.
Please read carefully:
1) DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM(S) WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.
2) You may return or exchange any unused item(s) within 30 days of the original receipt date.
3) All items MUST be in NEW, UNUSED, resalable condition (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect). For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any item that has been used.
4) When returning or exchanging a product, you are responsible for the shipping cost to a) return the item(s) b) ship the new item(s). We do not refund shipping or pay for return shipping (unless the item we initially shipped was incorrect). If we shipped the incorrect item, we cover all shipping costs.
5) YOU MUST EMAIL US TO CONFIRM THE RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST AND/OR DO NOT FOLLOW THE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS WE SEND YOU, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Items returned to the wrong address will not be refunded or there will be additional charges to get the item returned to the correct address. Please include a copy of the invoice or a note in the return package. On the invoice/note, please explain the reason for the return and whether returning for a refund or an exchange. Returning items without contacting us first and/or not following the return instructions, may cause your return to be delayed or rejected.
6) If you are exchanging an item, the quickest and easiest way is to place a new order for the item(s) that you would like and return the other item(s) for a refund. Note, some items may carry a re-stocking fee. Please read item descriptions carefully and completely.
7) For your protection, all returned items MUST be shipped with a delivery receipt confirmation number or a tracking number. We will not be held responsible for the condition of the products being returned or for lost or misdirected items returned to us. We recommend USPS or FedEx.
Under no circumstances are returns accepted for special or custom orders.
Once the returned product(s) have been received and inspected by All K-9, your refund will be processed using the same method used to purchase the item(s). If second day or overnight shipping charges were applicable to your order, those charges will not be refunded.
