I bought 2 different sizes of these short link fur savers. Both were great, altho I mismeasured on one. I sent the shorter collar back for a refund and reordered the correct size. The collars came very quickly, and my refund was processed quickly also. Customer service is SUPER! I would buy again for any of my dog's needs!
