Arrived on time and the quality is really good. No fault of the collar or seller but I ordered a 22 inch and my dog needs about a inch more. So a 23 inch would be perfect but they only come in 22 inch and 24 inch. It's a great collar, I'll probably end up giving it away to somebody that can make use of it.
